Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

1. Service description

Startup Manifest is a digital platform where founders list startup projects on a permanent 10,000-slot vitrine. Slot purchases are one-time; there is no subscription or auto-renewal.

2. Account and eligibility

You must create an account with a valid email. You are responsible for account accuracy and security. Users under 18 may not use the service without parental consent.

3. Slot ownership and transfer

After payment is confirmed and review is complete, the slot is permanently assigned to your account. You may update listing content from your dashboard. Slots may be transferred to another user; transfers are irreversible and the recipient must have an account.

4. Content and review

Submitted project information must be accurate, current, and lawful. We may review listings for quality and compliance. Rejected content is not published but may be resubmitted after edits.

5. Acceptable use

Spam, misleading promotion, explicit or hateful content, copyright infringement, malware promotion, off-purpose use, and illegal activity are prohibited. Violations may result in listing removal, slot release, or account suspension.

6. Payments and refunds

Paid slots, frames, and boosts are one-time digital purchases processed via secure online payment. No refunds after purchase is completed. Free slot credits under promotions are subject to platform terms.

7. Intellectual property

Platform UI, branding, and software belong to Startup Manifest. You retain rights to your project content and grant us a limited license to display and promote it on the vitrine.

8. Community marketplace

When all slots are taken, a secondary market may open. Platform commission applies on secondary sales. Buyers and sellers are responsible for accurate transaction information.

9. Service availability

The platform is provided "as is". Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary downtime. Uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Startup Manifest is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or losses from third-party content. Founders are responsible for their project content.

11. Account termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for serious Terms violations, with or without notice where required.

12. Changes

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be announced. Continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
